Welcome to Marisol Sportfishing. We are located at Seaforth Landing at Mission Bay in beautiful San Diego,California.

Marisol is a 33' Tiara Open Sportfisher. Built in 2006, she is powered

by twin Volvo Penta D4 Diesel engines. We have all the latest in 

electronics including Simrad Fish finder, night vision SIONYX camera, Radar, GPS, dual VHF radios,

EPIRB and Sirius radio. We have a 2 bait tanks that will carry 3 scoops of bait.  We have all the Coast Guard recommended equipment on board. Safety is something we take very serious. We have a

tuna tower with dual controls so we don't miss those breaking fish. Our

cruising speed is 25 mph with a top speed of over 33 mph. 

The beam(width)of our boat is 12'6" which is so important. When you fish on our sportfisher, there is more space which gives you a more

enjoyable and comfortable fishing experience. No tangles, smoother ride.

Our trips include fuel, fishing rods & reels, ice, bottled water

and snacks for the kids.

We offer the following types of fishing trips:

• Whale Watching/Harbor Cruise...From whales to seals to porpoise, San Diego seems to have it all. We can accommodate up to 6 passengers and customize your day trip for adventure....$500

• 3 Hour Fishing..... This is a perfect trip for a quick fun time on the water. We will be fishing only 3 miles from home and targeting local bass, yellowtail and rockfish. Great trip to get the full Southern California fishing experience......$850

• HALF DAY.....5 hour trip We will be fishing the inshore kelps, rock fishing 10 miles outside or local offshore banks. The tuna & yellowtail start to show as close as 10 miles from home in June........$995

• 3/4 DAY.....8 hour trip This trip will take us wherever the fish are. We could be off the Coronado Islands, down South chasing tuna or out west fishing deep water rockfish. Where ever they are, that's where we will go......$1795

• Coronado Islands.....9 hour trip We will be fishing the Island for Yellowtail, Tuna and rockfish. Passports are mandatory. Located only 22 miles from home, this will give us a complete day of fishing for a wide variety of game fish.....$1925

• FULL DAY....10 hour trip This is our most popular and productive trip. We will be fishing the offshore banks such as the 302, 371,425, Hidden banks, etc.. This is usually a all day trip. Don't worry; if we are on a good bite we could be a bit longer. This is our most popular adventure which allows us to look in a wide variety of areas.....$2500

Captain Ron has been fishing the Southern California coast for over 33 years. He knows the fishing "spots" and networks constantly with his  peers to find and locate where the fish are and where they are not. Living in San Diego, Captain Ron enjoys his time with his two daughters, surfing and of course fishing.
